Description from the seller

Candle snuffer with a decorative figure of a putto positioned on the axis.

The functional front part is made of silver and features Hanau pseudo marks, characteristic of the German workshops of Hanau from the late 19th to early 20th century.

The front part is made of silver, while the handles and mechanism are plated. Visually, the set presents a uniform silver tone appearance, with no marked differences between the solid silver part and the plated part.

The object is intended for extinguishing candles and also serves as a decorative element.
