Beautiful antique French faience tableware set, consisting of 13 pieces, produced by the renowned Moulin des Loups manufactory in Orchies, identifiable by its mark featuring the mill visible beneath the pieces.
This service features a remarkable naturalistic decor of freshwater fish (pike, trout, perch…), rendered with great finesse and illustrative precision characteristic of early 20th-century French production.
Each piece is adorned with a central polychrome decoration depicting fish, aquatic vegetation, and river elements, framed by a delicately gilded geometric frieze, elegantly highlighting the scalloped edge.
