Large elegantly shaped Roman Terra Sigillata / redware amphora flagon.
The vessel rises from a small, neatly rounded foot to a swelling ovoid body, tapering upward into a short cylindrical neck. Two strap handles are applied symmetrically, each with subtle palm leaf decorations.
