Here we have a stunning Cleoniceras ammonite sectioned to reveal beautiful fossilized chambers in various colors, ranging from shades of yellow, orange, and brown, caused by the crystallization of Calcite and Aragonite.
The outer part of the shell, on the other hand, features iridescence caused by mother-of-pearl, which creates beautiful plays of color.
