Stupendous manual wheel for lottery drawing, complete with 155 Kinder plastic balls (empty; you can insert numbers on paper or plastic inside), in good overall condition with signs of wear as shown in the attached photos, it works perfectly and can still be used very well, made of sturdy and heavy wrought iron painted in an eccentric yellow color, with a red plastic handle and a light gray wrought iron base with two convenient side handles for easy moving, produced in Italy around the 1970s/1980s.
