Optics

The glass is very clear under normal lighting, but when inspected with strong industrial lighting, a very thin haze becomes visible. This is a common aging characteristic for lenses of this era and does not affect the captured images in any way, so you can use it with confidence.
We inspect optics using extremely strong professional lighting that is unsafe to look at directly, allowing us to describe optical condition more accurately than most Japanese sellers.
