Exceptional specimen of drusy quartz coating botryoidal chrysocolla with vibrant green malachite from Tenke, DR Congo. The sparkling blue quartz crystals create a striking contrast against the rich green patches of malachite and the underlying sky-blue chrysocolla. Color is very difficult to reproduce in the pictures. Some pictured specimens show slightly different shades that seen with a human eye. Generally in my opinion the colors in reality are slightly prettier. Pictures done in strong light.
