Vintage Junghans mantel clock with a rich wooden case, glass panels and brass details, a fully mechanical double-wound movement with an 8-day power reserve.
Description from the seller
Elegant antique fireplace or table clock with a richly crafted wooden case and a fully functional double-wind mechanical movement by Junghans, one of the leading German clockmakers from the early 20th century.
The cabinet is elegantly designed with twisted ornaments, a molded foot, and a dome-shaped top.
On this top surface, there is a decorative weapon trophy relief in bronze-colored metal, consisting of trumpets, a drum, banners, and ribbons — a typical late 19th-century neoclassical motif.
The dial is beautifully decorated with elegant Arabic numerals, a brass centerpiece, and original hands.
Front side equipped with a glass door.
