Heavy piece of bronze leather fitting in the shape of a Jacob's shell, possibly worn on the belt as a pilgrim badge. Beautiful green patina.
Find from the vicinity of Gouda (Achterwillen polder), early 1990s. Comes from a thirty-year-old collection. Dating: 1400-1550. Collection number 330 from the 'Gesink' collection.
Shipping: registered parcel.
