Gueridon - Verde Alpi - Tavolo Gueridon 1900

Stunning round table called 'Gueridon' in the style of Louis XV from the early 20th century, with gilded bronze mounts and a top made of Verde Alpi marble, one of the most precious marbles in the world, with a thickness of 2 cm (diameter 48 cm). This elegant piece of furniture was crafted in rosewood and features characteristic cabriole legs with gilded bronze decorations, typical of 18th-century French Rococo style, on the top (spheres), the apron, and the shaped legs ending with four bronze feet (sabots). The legs are joined and adorned with four curved stretchers with a highly decorative central ornament, also in gilded bronze. The piece is in excellent condition, completely original, and very rare given its dimensions (height 101 cm), making it of great value.
