Description from the seller

Hexagonal silver jewellery box, finely decorated

Elegant hexagonal silver box, crafted from 800 silver, featuring rich repoussé floral and scroll decoration on the lid and sides. The lid is framed by a raised ornamental border and opens smoothly on its original hinge.

The interior is plain silver, showing natural patina consistent with age. The box bears a clearly visible “800” silver hallmark, confirming its silver fineness.

Likely produced in Central Europe in the mid-20th century (circa 1950–1960). Such boxes were typically used as jewellery, pill, or keepsake boxes.
