Very attractive collection of 30 original Belgian shares ('Part Sociale') issued by La Rubanerie de Deynze – Anciens Établissements J. Gevaert & Fils, an important textile company from Deynze (East Flanders).
These pieces represent a tangible part of Belgian textile history, a sector that was of great economic and social importance in the first half of the 20th century.
Origin in the early 20th century (statutes and mentions from around 1910)
Multiple reissues and confirmations, among others after October 6, 1944.
Issued as a Part Sociale – to bearer, without nominal value.

With a beautifully engraved border, classic typography.
