Description from the seller

This hand-forged Gyuto-style knife is a unique piece of craftsmanship, made by a Belgian bladesmith. It combines a powerful, elegant line with excellent cutting properties and is both a functional kitchen knife and a characterful collectible.

The blade is forged from high-quality carbon steel and then etched, creating the pronounced, organic pattern on the steel. This is not Damascus, but pure carbon steel, with the etching highlighting the structure and artisanal character. The knife is very sharp and designed for precision work, with enough mass and length for easy cutting of meat, fish, and vegetables.

The handle is made of solid wood, ergonomically shaped, and fits comfortably and securely in the hand. The natural grain pattern of the wood complements the lively pattern of the blade beautifully and emphasizes the artisanal character of the knife.

Total length: approx. 32 cm
Style: Gyuto
Blade material: etched carbon steel.
Origin: handmade by Belgian cutlery smith

A characterful, honest knife for enthusiasts of traditional blacksmithing and sharp tools, ideal for those who appreciate functionality and craftsmanship.
