Val Saint Lambert - Figurine - Perruche - Glass

Art Deco figurine 'Perruche' from the Luxval collection by the glass and crystal factory Val Saint Lambert from Belgium. Designed by Charles Graffart and Rene Delvenne. This piece was made in an exceptionally rare black pressed glass.

The 'Perruche' is described in the 1935 catalog with the overview of the Luxval production (see illustrations). The figurine is marked at the bottom with Val St Lambert Belgique (see photo).

Attention! The small sculpture is broken and has been (visibly) restored. Pity, because otherwise it is in good condition with few signs of use. There is also a small chip at the back (see photo).

The height is approximately 19 cm.
