Materials
Thick green blown glass
Tins (cover, rim, and handle)
Period
End of the 19th century / beginning of the 20th century (around 1890–1910)

Elegant antique glass candy box in very thick blown glass, with a beautiful emerald green hue, paired with a lid, a rim, and a handle in finely decorated pewter.
The glass features a generous and rounded shape, with a thick bottom typical of antique productions. The deep and luminous green color highlights the reflections of the glass.
The tin lid, richly decorated with vegetal motifs and Art Nouveau-style scrolls, is topped with a decorative handle.
The set is completed by an articulated handle in pewter, decorated, adding elegance and functionality.
Decorative and functional object, representative of the art of table setting and glassware of the Belle Époque.
Very good overall condition considering the age.
Glass without a crack with a very small impact (see photo)
Presence of some fine superficial scratches from use, discreet.
Well-preserved medals, with an even, aged patina.
Light old traces inside the rim, consistent with age.
