Two English notarial documents from 1774 and 1882: a parchment 60 by 53 cm rent/lease agreement of 1774 with a wax seal, seal mark and printed coat of arms, signed by the author and in very good condition, and an 1882 hand-written transfer deed of Stepney Manor in Middlesex with four British fiscal marks, witnessed by signatures, measuring 41.5 by 50.5 cm and in very good condition.

This lease agreement from 1774, parchment 60x53cm with wax seal, seal mark, and printed coat of arms.
2. Handover certificate Stepney Manor, Great Britain 1882
Handwritten document with four British revenue stamps / fiscal stamps from 1882, recording the handover of Stebunheath / Stepney Manor in County Middlesex to new tenants by Deputy Steward John Geeves Stevens. Present at the event on 03.01.1882 were Alfred Richard Wade, James Robert Wade, Edwin Wade, and Henry Arthur Wade, as attested by signatures on the document. The handover was made to the new tenants Frederick Garner, Benjamin Beavis, and John Putney. The document is in good condition for its age, with pencil corrections of the tenses, slight signs of aging, and it has been folded three times. Overall dimensions are 41.5 x 50.5 cm (H x W).
