Beautiful pair of electric Lamps depicting the angels holding tulipes, made by Louis Auguste (1855-1919) and Hippolyte Francois (1857-1930)
Very well detailed.
The lamps are decorated with beautiful patterns . They are working perfectly ( see photos)
Sculpture are made of Bronze, signed on the base "L. F Moreau", specialists in sculpting statuettes of women and putti mainly during the Second Empire and the late 19th century.
In good condition, with some traces of aging but no breaks, cracks, chips, missing parts, or repairs. Arms and wings in good condition.
Height approximately 41cm. Width 10cm. Base diameter 8.5cm.

The sculpture with electric lamps are in excellent condition with some small traces of aging( see photos)
The photos complete the description. Please take time to study them carefully before bidding
They will be carefully packaged and sent by registered mail (insured and with track & trace)

L. and F. Moreau were brothers, part of the famed Moreau dynasty of sculptors from Dijon, southern France. The "L" stands for Louis Auguste (1855-1919), known for bronzes and metal sculptures. The "F" stands for Hippolyte Francois (1857-1930), a painter and sculptor. Both of these men were famous artists of their era. The L&F Moreau studio was a business partnership which produced bronze and spelter or white metal castings of their statues.
