Product of the company: Schaller Bavaria, in Germany, marked in red with a crown above. It features decoration with two thin gold borders painted by hand, and the plate has a fluted edge. This mark was used during a specific period, approximately between 1920 and 1950. The company was founded in 1882 by Oscar Schaller. Initially, it marked its products with the symbol: 'S&C'. It is interesting to note that the company produced various souvenirs for the city of Hallerstein, once a destination for tourists who regularly visited the historic Zell-Hallerstein porcelain mine. Due to limited availability, Schaller porcelain in 'Hallerstein' is now highly sought after by collectors. Condition: Discontinued. Conditions: small threading on the salad bowl (see photo), not broken.
