Daum - Vase - Glass

Blown glass vase, bent and engraved in acid cameo. On a colorless glass, the decoration is made by bending with a layer of yellow glass; this layer is engraved in acid cameo, leaving the frosted background produced by the acid bite. The decoration features flowers and leaves from the base of the vase and growing up the neck. This decoration is retouched with a wheel and finished with the tip over the leaves and flowers.
Signed with the mark of the 'Daum Nancy' brand with the Lorraine cross.
It has a total height of 35 cm and a mouth opening diameter of 8 cm.
