Appearance
There are minor signs of wear, but considering its age the exterior is in very clean condition.
Optics
The optics appear very clear under normal lighting. When inspected with a strong professional light, a very thin haze becomes visible. This is a common ageing characteristic for lenses of this period and does not affect image quality in any way.
As part of our inspection process, we use extremely strong specialist lighting that would be dangerous to look at directly, allowing us to describe optical details more accurately than typical Japanese sellers.
