A fine bread basket in 833/1000 silver from Schoonhoven, Netherlands, designed by J. & J.G. Niekerk in 1948, with two handles, shell motifs, a reinforced C-shaped edge, partially openwork with engraved decoration, measuring 11 x 30 x 19.7 cm and weighing 348.8 g, in good used condition with minor signs of age; hallmarked lion 2, Minerva, master mark and year letter N.

A very beautiful bread basket, crafted with two handles featuring shell motifs, reinforced C-shaped edge on the side. The side is also partially openwork and decorated with engraved embellishments.
