Set of two stunning handcrafted busts depicting an African man and woman. These folk or tribal art pieces are carved from solid ebony wood, renowned for its density and its characteristic black, polished finish.
Origin: Sub-Saharan African artisanal work, this type of production is often associated with regions such as Kenya, Tanzania, or West Africa.
Period: Dated from a vintage era, probably from the mid-20th century (1950s-1970s).
Very good overall condition, with a natural and polished patina due to time and handling, signs of authenticity for tribal art.
