This is a jumbo-size Japanese all-purpose kitchen knife (万能包丁, Bannō-bōchō) with an impressive 30 cm blade length and 44 cm overall length. Its extra-large format makes it suitable for processing large ingredients, professional kitchen use, or for collectors of traditional Japanese cutlery.

The blade is thin at approximately 1.5 mm, offering good cutting performance despite its size, and the knife has a well-balanced weight of around 320 g. It features a simple wooden handle and comes with its original wooden storage box.

The knife is brand new, but has been stored for a long time. As a result, there may be very minor storage marks consistent with age; please refer to the photos, which form part of the description.
