Original Baby-Cremer Paris theatre lamp from France (Paris), dating to ca. 1940–1950, converted to an E27 fitting with a modern on/off switch, mounted on an antique wooden statif with metal fittings, dimensions 12 cm wide by 20 cm high by 18 cm deep, weight 5 kg, grey, fully working and safe, with the original lamp foot and a statif length adjustable from 66 cm retracted to 160 cm extended.

This original Baby-Cremer Paris theater lamp (French origin, circa 1940s–50s) has been skillfully converted to an E27 fitting with a modern on/off switch, making it safe and practical to use as a atmospheric floor lamp or statement piece.
The lamp is mounted on an antique wooden tripod, presumably once used for a land survey instrument. The tripod features beautiful metal details and a rich patina that give the entire piece an authentic, period-accurate appearance.

It is exceptional to see an original theater lamp from Baby-Cremer Paris on an old measuring stand — both components have their own history and together they form a unique combination of French theater history and industrial technology. Including the original foot of the lamp.
