Rated Excellent on Trustpilot.

A monumental Art Deco 8‑day mechanical pendulum clock with a zamac case set on a heavy multi‑coloured marble base, 60 cm wide by 35 cm high and 20 cm deep, made in France, featuring marble and alloy materials, a winding key, and in good condition with minor signs of age.

AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Monumental Art Deco clock with an 8-day movement set in a Zamac case resting on a heavy multicolored marble base. In the style of Limousin but not signed.

The large gate-shaped case ending on both sides in a horn of abundance. Between them, the round movement with an enameled dial and Roman numeral markings in a gilded bronze ring. Two winding holes for the 8-day movement.

For the cabinet, an ornament of a reclining woman with a bird. The bird has a defect on its right wing. I only noticed it when photographing.

Watch: needs to be checked because it stops running after a few hours, and the hammer that should strike the bell doesn't hit it. I suspect that the movement has shifted inside the case and is therefore out of balance.

Including key and pendulum.
