Royal Albert Old Country Roses Small Tea Set
Fine English Bone China
A beautiful and well balanced Royal Albert Old Country Roses tea set, comprising a small teapot, matching tea cups and saucers, one sugar bowl, and one milk jug. This iconic and much loved pattern is renowned for its rich red, yellow, and pink roses with lush green foliage, finished with fine gold edging.
Teapot details
Height approximately 17 cm
Width approximately 22 cm
Elegantly shaped with a curved handle, flowing spout, and fitted lid, ideal for a refined and intimate tea service.
Set contents and dating
The teapot, one tea cup, and one saucer are clearly marked with the 1962 Royal Albert backstamp, representing early production pieces.
The remaining cups, saucers, the sugar bowl, and the milk jug are not year marked and are from later production periods.
All pieces match beautifully in pattern, colour, and overall presentation, displaying cohesively as a complete and elegant set despite the variation in backstamps.
