The sign is put into the 800•C oven with every colour.
Enamel - both sides.
It is a traditonal production process by successive layers of enamel, every color alone, same method as it was with original enamel signs from 1940s.
Handmade.
Very labour intensive.
Convex/lasercut sheet of metal.
Hand stenciled - expressive relief.
Standard 1.2mm thick sheet of metal + enamel layers
Tracked shipping, perfect safe packaging - upcycled.
