Description from the seller
No reserve price
Magnificent bracelet of Burmese jadeite pearls combined with small spheres of 18-karat yellow gold (the same material as its clasp, in an olive shape).
Jadeite has been used to make jewelry and ritual objects by the Aztecs, Mayans, and Olmecs. Throughout history, it has been very important in Chinese culture, symbolizing luck, eternity, and balance. It is also believed to have the ability to connect the living with the dead, or heaven with Earth, and is commonly used in Chinese funeral and mystical rites.
This bracelet is a new piece of jewelry (however, to assess its condition yourself, please carefully examine the photographs, as they are part of the description).
Jade beads
Size: they have a diameter ranging between 7 and 8 mm, with slight variations depending on the piece.
Light, intense, and bright green, with slight variations depending on the account (imperial green).
Quality: jadeite, type B according to the Chinese classification system.
Number of accounts: 20
Number of gold spheres: 9
Outline: 18.8 cm
Total weight: 16.55 g
Punch in the closure: Yes
It is delivered in a jewelry box. It will be carefully packaged.
Measurements are taken manually, so please allow for a small, though possible, margin of error. There may be slight variations in the color you perceive due to your monitor settings, as well as some natural imperfections.
- Jade is commonly treated to enhance its color and luster.
Insured shipment. Any customs duties or other additional charges imposed by the respective countries will be at the buyer's expense.
