Wonderful Neapolitan statues from the early 1900s. It is also likely that they are earlier; the only indication is provided by the newspaper inside the clothing of San Giuseppe, which bears the date Saturday, December 13, 1913. They have glass eyes. San Giuseppe does not have legs but an accompanying wooden bracket that was inserted into the wooden and plaster bases. The Vergine Addolorata has legs and an expression so intense that it seems real. Please observe the photos carefully, as they depict the condition of the lot. The statues are as shown in the photos, with a height of 50 cm, without base. The attachment of the statues to the bases is the responsibility of the buyer.
