Lantern - cast iron

Petroleum train tail light, probably made of cast iron.
The lantern is very likely from the 1970s (picture 5) and was used by the Deutsche Bahn.
The lantern is in excellent condition and is fully functional; the original lamp as well as the original glass panels are also installed.
Only minimal damage to the paint on the back is present (Image 6).
The locking bar and carrying handle are also in very good condition.

The lantern is excellent as a piece of furniture in the industrial style and can be displayed either on the floor or on a sideboard.
