A collection of works by Japanese photographer Kohei Yoshiyuki, “Sneak Peek! Lovers on the Beach,” Yoshiyuki has been active since the 1970s and is known as a leading ‘voyeuristic’ photographer, having created a boom in infrared photography with ‘Document Park’ In 2006, ‘Document Park’ was featured in the book ‘The Photobook: A History’ series by Martin Parr, a renowned photographer and collector of photography books. A History” series, ‘Document Park’ was featured in the book series, and his reputation has grown overseas as well. In 2007, Yoshiyuki's work was exhibited in New York and an English edition of ‘The Park’ was published. This book was photographed by copying the stage from Shinjuku West Exit and Central Park, Yoshiyuki's home, to a remote island. As the title of the book says, it is a reportage of the ecology of open-minded young men and women on remote summer islands (Taketomi Island, Niijima, etc.) that Yoshiyuki visits for a weekly magazine, and includes color photographs of women in swimsuits, young people hanging out on the beach and in the city, and men and women tangling in the dark. The film also focuses on women in swimsuits, young people hanging out on beaches and streets, and men and women entangled in the dark.
