We present an antique Hereke Turkish rug, made approximately between 1940 and 1950, finely hand-knotted in silk on silk (warp, weft, and pile in silk).

The rug features an elegant Mihrab design, traditionally associated with prayer rugs, with a refined floral composition and a palette of soft, balanced colors, characteristic of Hereke productions from the mid-20th century.
