This set consists of two authentic vintage Japanese kitchen knives from around the 1970s: a gyuto and a yanagiba. Both knives are traditionally crafted and bear Japanese inscriptions on the blade, indicating artisanal craftsmanship.

The gyuto has a total length of 35 cm and is a versatile chef's knife suitable for meat, fish, and vegetables. The yanagiba, with a total length of 30 cm, is designed for fine, precise cuts and was traditionally used for fish and sashimi.
