Very well-crafted Middle Paleolithic hand axe made of flint and found in Dordogne, France.
The Mousterian is the period in the Middle Paleolithic during which the Neanderthal is central.
Attention: there is a restoration at the tip, clearly visible in the photos. Further, it is in very good condition.
Dimensions 107 x 60 mm
