Herstal was founded in 1988 in Denmark by Lotte and Martin Herstal. Then it was just the two young entrepreneurs employees in the store, so it has happened a lot since then. In the beginning of this success story was Herstal a small shop that sold halogen lighting, but now it has developed into a family business with elegant design, which is growing far beyond Denmark's borders.
