This 5 kopeks coin was minted at the Saint Petersburg mint during the reign of Tsar Alexander III, a period marked by autocratic firmness and the consolidation of the Russian Empire. The obverse features the face value, date, and mint mark framed by a laurel and oak wreath. The reverse displays the Russian imperial shield with the crowned double-headed eagle, a symbol of Tsarist power. This silver piece, in excellent MS64 condition, combines elegant engraving with a strong historical appeal.
