Carel Willem (Carol) Voges (Amsterdam, June 19, 1925 – Laren, January 9, 2001) was a well-known Dutch illustrator, comic artist, and writer who developed an early interest in drawing. Carol Voges began his comic career at Joop Geesink and later contributed to the early Tom Poes episodes at Marten Toonder Studios. Voges also created satirical drawings for the resistance. He was also the artist of the famous comic 'Pa Pinkelman,' which appeared in De Volkskrant in 1945 and 1946.
