Located close to Como, in the heart of a manufacturing district, the Italian Dedar Milano house experiments and innovates to attain product perfection through an ongoing dialogue with those craftsmen and textile specialists who are most familiar with the techniques employed in the production of excellent fabrics.
Presented at Milan Design Week 2025 a New Collection of fabrics designed by Anni Albers in the 60's and woven by Dedar in collaboration with the Joseph & Anni Albers Foundation. This collection brings the legendary artist’s textile works into a new era, balancing fidelity to her artistic vision with modern manufacturing innovation.

An undeniable chic pair of cushions made with Dedar New Collection fabric “Under Way 1963” in “black, white and orange" color (31% Viscose 28% Cotton19% Jute 15% Wool 4% Acrylic 3% Polyester) with backside made with a precious velvet fabric in black color , an extra quality velvet from the Premium Collection.
An “aimlessly meandering” line, to quote Albers, on a jacquard fabric consisting of a composite mingling of yarns, weaves, and colours. The wool thread improvises its trajectory over a cotton satin fabric and jute weft threads, to trace a pattern poised somewhere between calligraphy and a leisurely stroll.
