Extremely striking, vintage English set by Barker Ellis. The pieces of the set are characterized by a classic, graceful three-legged design and zigzag edging. The centerpiece of the set is a richly chiseled, vine-patterned, mirror-gloss tray that brings together the elegant serving dishes.

Barker Ellis is a silversmith manufactory with a long history in Birmingham, famous for its high-quality silver-plated objects and the so-called "English Silver Plate" technique. The Birmingham manufacturer is famous for its precise workmanship, which is also reflected in this set: the pieces are made in an elegant design, with a zigzag edge and high-gloss silver plating.

The special feature of the set is the deep blue insert of the open spice jar, which provides an aesthetic contrast to the high-gloss silver-plated surface.
