Description from the seller
Very beautiful signed autograph letter by Max Jacob (1876-1944), a French modernist poet, novelist, and painter. Very interesting content.
I am currently in fairly good spiritual condition. Ask the T. S. Vierge to enlighten me... I wonder whether I should stay in Paris, where I work little and poorly. It seems the Benedictines have returned to St Benoît and are looking for boarders. I hesitate because of the oversight rights that ecclesiastics reserve over publications (yes, yes, yes), and also for financial reasons.
Very good condition. The letter is accompanied by its envelope.
Note: Exporting this document from France to a country outside the European Union requires an export license issued by the Ministry of Culture, a mandatory formalities before any shipment. Please note that obtaining this license can take a long time (generally several months).
