Cushion set made from pure cotton "Pimpernel" fabric by Morris & Co. William Morris's 1876 design, "Pimpernel," features twirling tendrils bent in the wind. Still beloved today for its masculine energy and tender floral form, it was the design chosen by William Morris himself when decorating his dining room at Kelmscott Manor in Oxfordshire. The backs of the cushions are also paired with a splendid pure linen in dusty blue.
