Description from the seller

Enameled cast iron casserole, with a red exterior and a light interior, in a compact and functional size.
It is equipped with a chrome steel frame allowing easy handling and oven use.

Dimensions of the casserole:
Length: 26 cm
Width: 23 cm
Height: 13.5 cm
weight 4.5 kg

Dimensions with reinforcement
Total length: 38.5 cm

State:
Visible chips on the inner edge of the cover.
Chips also present on the edge of the casserole (see photos).
These defects are related to use and remain primarily aesthetic. The pot is perfectly functional.

Ideally suited for stews, gratins, roasts, and slow cooking in the oven or on a tray.

The benefits of enameled cast iron
Enameled cast iron provides uniform heat distribution and excellent thermal inertia, ensuring consistent and controlled cooking.
It is particularly suitable for slow cooking, allowing the flavors and textures of foods to be preserved.
The enamel coating protects the cast iron and prevents any interaction with food, while also making maintenance easier.
Robust and durable, enameled cast iron is designed for intensive use and retains heat for a long time once the dish is served.

Protective and careful shipment
Kind regards
