Ancient Greek Attic ceramic lekythos titled 'Plastic' dating to the 5th–4th century BC, about 17.2 cm tall, thermoluminescence tested and repaired from two fragments with a reconstructed mouth and handle, acquired in 2025 from France via an auction house.

'Plastic' Lekythos.

Ancient Greek, Attic, 5th-4th century BC.
Ceramic.
17.2 cm height.
Condition: Repaired two fragments, reconstruction of the mouth and the handle.
Provenance:
- Private collection of Victor Emile Gabriel CHEVALLIER (1889-1969) and his wife Marguerite Jeanne VEREL (1887-1962), Paris, France.
- Private collection from 1969, then passed through two inheritances until the present owner.
Notes:
- The piece includes authenticity certificate.
- The piece includes Spanish Export License (Passport for European Union) - If the piece is destined outside the European Union a substitution of the export permit should be requested, can take between 1-2 weeks maximum.
