Description from the seller

Pair of 19th-century style Neo-Classical candelabra / patinated bronze.

Most sublime pair of 19th-century Neo-Classical style candelabra. Made of gilded and patinated bronze, most likely crafted in the workshops of Ferdinand Barbedienne.

The chandelier has four branches with a slightly higher central nozzle, featuring openwork scrolls decorated with hanging chains ending in a gilded weight. It rests on a long, finely carved column and is topped with a three-legged base with claws and lion paws, surrounded by foliage and palmettes.

An exceptional pair, rich in details and of unparalleled quality of execution.

We strive to take as many photos as possible so that you can comfortably judge the condition of the piece.
The objects presented all bear a lived experience and a past and may sometimes show signs of wear and marks of time.
