A very beautiful autograph letter by Jean Cocteau, signed "Jean" and featuring his distinctive star. Very interesting content. Probably written to Jean Sénac.

I feel that the heart’s waves are the quickest, and since we can think that we are elsewhere—we are there. I am glad to know you have left our good city, sick, deaf, and blind. Our assault on modesty, with nothing to fear.
