Description from the seller

Baccarat and Thomas Bastide Crystal, rare set of 6 white wine glasses, model 'orsay'.

Baccarat crystal, model 'Orsay'.
A creation from the years 1988/1989, inspired by Art Deco, by designer Thomas Bastide.

The calices, from the harmonious smooth cup, rest on an important stepped hexagonal stem that forms a single unit with the foot, creating a pleasing aesthetic contrast and fitting perfectly on all tables. It pairs well with all styles and undoubtedly recalls the 1920s.

The Baccarat manufactory was founded in 1764, when the Bishop of Metz obtained authorization from King Louis XV of France to open a glass manufacturing factory in the village of Baccarat in Lorraine. After the upheavals of the Revolution, in the early 1800s, it became France's first crystal manufactory. At the 1823 Universal Exhibition, the Baccarat brand was revealed to the world, and over the years, it received awards and gold medals, including prestigious commissions from monarchs and emperors.
They are sold online for around €400 each.

All the glasses are in perfect condition, like new. Each glass bears the acid Baccarat stamp at the base.

On my profile, you will find the entire service.
Possibility of completing the service from 12.
