This is a Lladro porcelain figurine, Sayonara, model number 4989.
The figurine depicts a Japanese girl, or geisha, dressed in a blue and white kimono, performing a bow.
She has gray-blue hair styled in a bun, adorned with small pink flowers.
The play was created by Salvador Debón in 1978 and is now no longer in production.
The term "Sayonara" (さよなら) is a Japanese word meaning "farewell".
