Spain - Military medal

Medal created on October 20, 1938, by the Government of the Spanish Republic, to award the foreign volunteers of the International Brigades who fought in the Spanish Civil War in support of the Government and against General Franco.
On the front part, surrounding a soldier's head, it says REPUBLICA ESPAÑOLA.
On the back: INTERNATIONAL BRIGADES - FIGHTER.
