Born and raised in Murano, I have been immersed in the warmth of the furnaces and the mastery of the glassmakers since I was a child, selecting unique creations that embody centuries of tradition. Product Policy and Guarantees 1. Product Conditions All GirenDupre’ Murano glass works and watches are brand new and original. Each item comes with a certificate of authenticity and guarantee. 2. Warranty Duration: 24 months from date of purchase, on manufacturing defects. Valid only for the original purchaser with a completed and stamped certificate. 3. Packaging and Documentation Watches: original GirenDupre’ packaging with: Warranty certificate User manual and adjustment instructions Murano glass works: packaged with protective materials and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. 4. Adjustment and Maintenance Follow the manual to: Setting the time and date Using the crown and pushers (the date can only be set with the hour hand between 4:00 and 8:00). Returns and Refunds Returns within 14 days of receipt: the product must be intact, in the original packaging, complete with documentation and with the protective films intact (never worn). Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, unless the defect is recognized under warranty. Refund within 14 days of receiving the return. 6. Billing We issue electronic invoices upon request: please provide your tax code and/or VAT number when ordering. The invoice will be sent to the email address provided.
