Faustus Cornelius Sulla (86 BC–46 BC) was a senator and the son of the Roman dictator Lucius Cornelius Sulla and his wife Caecilia Metella. Faustus married Pompeia, a daughter of Pompey the Great, and he accompanied his father-in-law during his campaign against Mithridates. Thus he was involved in the capture of Jerusalem in 63 BC. During the Roman Civil War he chose the side of his father-in-law. After the Battle of Thapsus he fled to Mauritania. There he was found by Publius Sittius and was killed by this servant of Caesar.
